On behalf of the Institute for Advance Studies and Cooperation (IASC), it is our great pleasure to invite you to World Changers Porto Palermo, which will take place on 12 August 2026, at 19:00, at the historic Porto Palermo Castle, Albania.
World Changers is an international initiative of IASC Foundation, held annually at the Vatican and in different countries around the world. This year, we have chosen the beautiful Albanian Riviera and the iconic Porto Palermo Castle to host a special edition, transforming one of Albania’s most remarkable cultural heritage sites into a space for dialogue, innovation, and international cooperation.
This special edition is organized by the Ministry of Culture, Tourism, and Sports of the Republic of Albania and the Municipality of Himarë, reflecting a shared commitment to promoting cultural international cooperation, and sustainable development.
The programme will feature four thematic panels:
1. Cultural Diplomacy and International Cooperation
2. Innovation, Creativity and Emerging Technologies
3. The Future of Human Flourishing: Longevity, Wellness and Sustainable Living
4. World Changers Dialogue: Building the Future Together
The evening will also include the premiere presentation of the book World Federal Constitutionalism and Technologies of Power in the Quantum Era by Prof. Dr. @Prof Sir Gabriele Pao -Pei Andreoli, followed by a special live performance by Maestro Olen Cesari.
The event will conclude with a Gala Dinner at Porto Palermo Castle.
